Francesca Spumoni began her career in Ballroom Dancing in 1985. Having just received her degree from Macalester College with a major in Theatre and a minor in both Dance and Physical Education, she knew she had "stumbled" on "the perfect career". Francesca quickly learned the ropes as an instructor teaching in a Franchised Dance Studio. Within three years she was supervising and a short time thereafter managing the school in which she worked. With 5 years in the business, she opened her own studio in the Roseville area. Francesca has been the sole owner and director of the studio for the 19 years of its existence.
Francesca competed professionally with her partner, Jacek, in the American Style Ballroom. She and Jacek invested in countless hours of private coaching classes from U.S. and World Dance Finalists as a way to improve their own dance skills. Much of the knowledge they received is passed onto the instructors at the school who in turn pass it on to the students.
